Privacy Policy — Speakers List Effective Date: April 6, 2026

Overview

Speakers List is a macOS application designed to manage speaker queues during live meetings and deliberative sessions. This Privacy Policy describes how the app handles your information.

The short version: Speakers List collects absolutely no data, full stop. Nothing you enter is ever stored, transmitted, or shared — by us or anyone else.

Speakers List collects no data whatsoever. This includes:

• Names or any other information you enter into the app • Meeting topics or discussion content • Usage patterns, analytics, or behavioral data • Crash reports or diagnostics • Location, device identifiers, or IP addresses • Contacts, calendar data, or any other system information

Data Stored on Your Device

All information entered during a session — speaker names, queue order, and discussion topics — exists only in the app’s memory while it is running. No data is written to disk, synced to a server, or retained between sessions. When you close the app, everything is gone.
