These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Union Desk application and related services. By using Union Desk, you agree to these Terms.

About Union Desk

Union Desk is a task management and activity logging application designed to help users stay organized by creating tasks, tracking activities, and managing workflow.

Union Desk may optionally integrate with Google Calendar to allow users to view and interact with calendar-related information. Use of Google Calendar integration is completely optional and may be enabled, disabled, or removed by the user at any time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Union Desk in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content, tasks, notes, or activity logs you create within the app.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account, Union Desk may access calendar information that you authorize through Google’s OAuth permissions system.

Union Desk only accesses the information necessary to provide the requested calendar functionality. You may revoke access to Google Calendar at any time through your Google account settings or within the app.

Privacy

Your use of Union Desk is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Availability of Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Union Desk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Desk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Union Desk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
